About Temple Dance: Temple Dance is a guided somatic experience where women are invited to awaken their bodies through movement, breath, and rhythm. Rooted in ancient feminine wisdom and modern embodiment practices, this class is a sacred space to explore sensuality, self-expression, and deep physical release.
Ostara is the Celtic festival of renewal and rebirth, celebrated at the Spring Equinox. It honors the triumphant return of light and life, symbolized by Persephone emerging from the underworld. This sacred ritual invites us to step out of the winter shadows and embrace the promise of spring. "Persephone’s Return" is the mythic journey through our own subconscious, required for growth. If we are conscious, we recognize that the darkness gives us seeds of insight that can sprout into new strength. Spring's Temple Dance honors this sacred cycle through movement and storytelling, celebrating Persephone’s return. Our dance theme is “awakening your inner seed.” Join us for this guided dance ritual to rekindle your spirit, invite new growth, and step boldly into the radiant energy of the season.
